Travel Update

As many of you may have heard, there was a fire at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) in Nairobi last week. No one was hurt in the fire but there was damage to the international arrivals terminal and flights were cancelled for that day. Domestic flights resumed within 24 hours and we are happy to hear that international flights have also been resumed. We have every confidence that services will be back to normal very soon and that any transit issues will be resolved long before the conference start. 

We wish you all a great journey to Mombasa and look forward to welcoming you to the coast.

Registration for the conference is now open!! 

Forms can be downloaded by clicking on the 'registration' or the 'forms & documents' tabs above. 

The registration form includes the accommodation booking form for the conference venue Reef Hotel. Details on Reef Hotel and on other accommodation options can be found by clicking on the 'Accommodation' tab.

Register before 30th June for special 'Early Bird' registration rates.

Exhibition space

Conference venue

Hey all! The venue for the conference has been confirmed as the Reef Hotel! Accommodation is available at a special rate of 7000ksh/82USD per night for a single room and 11000ksh/128USD for a double/twin room, on a full board basis. This offer will be bookable when registering for the conference. Stay tuned for information on other accommodation options in the area.
